We first start by identifying experienced personnel and then conducting a phone or face to face interview. This interview process filters through and discusses our caregiver’s professional experience, work history, certifications & education, strengths & weaknesses as well as relevant experience working with individuals with special needs. We also like to gain a little knowledge about our caregivers on a personal level including their likes, dislikes and hobbies and talk about their journey in working with individuals with special needs. If there is mutual interest in moving forward, then Respite Care Resources will conduct a criminal background check and reference checks ALL BEFORE MARKETING THEIR PROFILE ON OUR WEBSITE.
